The Special Districts Department, on behalf of the Big Bear Recreation and Park District, will receive formal bids on or before JANUARY 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Department Offices located at 157 W. 5th Street, Second Floor San Bernardino, CA 92415-0450.
 
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will start at 11:00 am on THURSDAY, JANUARY 5, 2012 at Erwin Ranch Sports Complex located at 2050 Erwin Ranch Road, Big Bear, CA 92315.
