ON CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVCES RFP
| On-Call Professional Services for various professional engineering, materials testing and consulting services for all Board Governed Districts, County Fire Protection District, Bloomington and Big Bear Recreation and Park Districts submissions will be due no later than Februrary 4, 2010 by 4:00 P.M. Mandatory Pre-proposal conference is schedduled for January 14, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. that will be held at the public hearing chambers on 175 W. 5th Street, Second Floor, San Bernardino CA. 92415. RFI's must be submitted by January 7, 2010 in order to be addressed at the Pre-proposal conference. RFI's may be faxed to (909) 387-5968 or e-mailed to the Project Manager. This solicitation is for on-call services to the various districts/departments for a period of 3-years with extension capabilities for two additional years. Annual budgets will vary depending on service types and contract issuance but typically will range not-to-exceed from $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Award of contract will not gurantee any work but will simply provide a vehicle and streamline issuance of required work without any further solicitations on smaller projects. |

New Amboy Fire Station Design RFP
| Architect/Design Proposal submissions due not later than 3:00 p.m. April 8, 2010 to Special Districts / County Fire Protection District at 157 W. Fifth Street, Second Floor, San Bernardino CA. 92415-0451 as amended by addendum #1 issued February 22, 2010. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference originally scheduled for February 24, 2010 has been changed by addendum No. 1 to March 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Conference will be hald at the Special Districts/Fire Protection District Administrative office, 157 W. 5th Street, Second Floor, San Bernardino CA. 93415-0451. Deadline for RFI submission (if any) has also been changed to March 22, 2010. Fire station will adhere to certain design and aesthic critera surrounding a 50's - 60's Route 66 theme. Preliminary Soils Investigation, Percolation Testing, Water Feasibility Study and Environmentals have been or will be performed by the time a design contract is issued. Total Project Cost estimate $3.8 M. |
