The Special District Department, on behalf of County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone J (hereinafter called District), will receive sealed bids on or before June 25,2010 at the hour of 10:00 am in the Special Districts Department Offices, 157 West Fifth Street, San Bernardino, California, 92415-0450. Project entails the construction of a block building that will house water booster pumps and their appurtenances including piping, electrical and all other materials per the approved plans and specifications now on file with the Department. Said plans and specs may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 to cover printing and mailing costs.

Request for Proposals for Professional Engineering Services to provide a sewer study in the San Sevaine / Speedway Redevelopment Area (Fontana). This RFP is being issued informally with no pre-proposal conference scheduled.
