County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-7 Windward Drive

Windward is located in the 3^rd Supervisorial District in the Lake Arrowhead of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of approximately 500 feet of paved roadway. The district hires a contractor for snow removal.  The revenue is derived from a $100 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
