County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-15 Landers

Landers is located in the 1^st Supervisorial District in the Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of 450 miles of unpaved roads.  The district employs 1 full time equipment operator to provide road grading and owns a John Deere grader.  The revenue is derived from a $20 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
