County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-3 Erwin Lake

Erwin Lake is located in the 3^rd Supervisorial District in the Big Bear area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of approximately five (5) miles of unpaved roads and two (2) miles of paved roads.  The district hires a contractor for grading of the dirt roads and snow removal.  The revenue is derived from a portion of the ad valorem property taxes and a $12 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
