County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-19 Copper Mountain 

Copper Mountain is located in the 1^st Supervisorial District in the Joshua Tree area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of 35 miles of unpaved roads.  Grading is provided to this district by a contractor.  The revenue is derived from a $20 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
