County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-21 Mountain View

Mountain View is located in the 3^rd Supervisorial District in the Big Bear area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of approximately 1,300 feet of paved roadway. The district employs a contractor for snow removal.  The revenue is derived from a $90 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
