Flamingo Heights is located in the 1^st Supervisorial District in the Yucca Mesa area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of 30 miles f unpaved roads.  Grading is provided to this district by a district employee.  The revenue is derived from a $15 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
