When coming in for sign offs, or dropping of Plans for approval, the following information must be submitted prior to sign off:


• Track Number or APN Number of the track or project and a copy of the {Conditions of Approval, Special Districts Section}

• Two (2) streetlighting plans and (landscaping plans) if applicable, marking out where existing streetlights are.

• Thomas Bros Map page showing page #, and where the project is on the map.

• $340.00 check made out to SB County Special Districts Dept. for the Plan Review process.

• Business card or information with phone number, email, etc of the Developer or Contact for Development.
