County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-30 Verdemont

Verdemont is located in the 1^st Supervisorial District in the Joshua Tree area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of one (1) mile of unpaved roadway.  Grading is provided to this district by a district employee.  The revenue is derived from a $100 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
