County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-40 Upper North Bay 

Upper North Bay is located in the 3^rd  Supervisorial District in the Blue Jay/Lake Arrowhead area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of .3 miles of paved roads.  This district was recently formed on March 20, 2000.  The revenue is derived from a $500 special tax levied on each parcel of land and will be used for road paving and snow removal.
