County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-36 Pan Springs

Pan Springs is located in the 3^rd Supervisorial District in the Big Bear area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of approximately one (1) mile of paved roadway. The district employs a contractor for snow removal.  The revenue is derived from a $100 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
