County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-12 Baldwin Lake

Baldwin Lake is located in the 3^rd Supervisorial District in the Big Bear area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of two miles of unpaved roads.  Snow removal and road grading is provided to this district by a contractor.  The revenue is derived from $50 service charge levied on each parcel of land.
