County Service Area 70, Improvement Zone R-39 Highlands Estates

Highlands Estates is located in the 1^st Supervisorial District in the Phelan/Oak Hills area of San Bernardino County.  This district consists of 3.3 miles of unpaved roads.  This district was recently formed on  December 19, 2000.  The revenue is derived from a $405 service charged levied on each parcel of land and will be used for road paving and maintenance.
